He has written over 500 songs and sold millions of records worldwide. \nHaving personally worked with Sedaka over the years\, Simon Spiro now treats us to anecdotes and songs. It’s a nostalgic\, uplifting show\, when we sing along to classic favourites as Calendar Girl\, Love Will Keep Us Together\, Laughter in the Rain\, Breaking Up Is Hard To Do and countless more! \nSimon Spiro is no stranger to Jewish Music Week as his sell-out shows have been highlights of JMW for years. He is known in his native England as “The British Jazz Singer” for successfully balancing dual musical careers in Cantorial and Pop Music. Recognized worldwide as one of today’s top Cantors\, he has also made a mark in the pop world singing with Neil Sedaka\, Marvin Hamlisch\, Elton John\, Faith Hill\, Phil Collins\, Cliff Richard and others. Simon performs internationally and currently serves as spiritual leader of The Song Shul. He can also be seen singing weekly on Vision TV’s series Your All Time Classic Hit Parade\, hosted by Marilyn Lightstone.
